Q.

Quit H1 company within 1 year

Hi Indu,
Company A filed for H1 for my wife last year who was on H4 back then. Now, my wife has been working for them past 8 months and we want to change employer. The employer, however says that if employees quit within 1 year often ... it's not good for company's future H1 filings. They say USCIS sees it as a negative for company ... is that true?
