Eligibility for EB1C

I have masters degree from Indian premier institution. From Mar’97, I worked for an Indian IT organization till Jan'2011. During this period I made several US trips and stayed in US for 9 years both on L1B&L1A with intermittent stays in India. My most recent entry into US was in Dec'2007, since then I am continuing in US. I moved to another organization within US on H1B and working as Account Manager. This new company is also an Indian firm having decent revenues ($160M).

I am also certified PMP for 9 years, and my total experience is 15 years in IT. Though I was eligible for EB1C when I was on L1A visa with my previous company, but they seldom do GCs. Hence I moved to new company on H1B. I manage 70 associates. Please let me know if I am eligible for EB1C?
