I am currently working for employer A on H1B which is expiring 23-Feb-012. My employer filed for extension on 11-Jan-2012.

Meanwhile I got a offer from Employer B and they filed for transfer of my H1B on 10-Dec-2011 and converted it to premium on 25-Jan-2012.
My concerns are :

1. Can I stay with employer A after my H1B transfer is approved for employer B?
2. If I decide to move to employer B, what will happen to my H1B extension filed by Employer A. If they withdraw the petition, it is fine, if they don't, will it override my transfer status?
