Hi,

I was previously working with employer A and moved to employer B.

I am currently working for employer B for the past 4 months and would like to join back employer A.

I spoke with employer A, they told me that they did not cancel my H1B and I could join them again with out filing my H1B again with employer A.

My concern is whether i could really join the employer A without filing H1B again with employer A.

And also if there is a way that i could check with USCIS if my H1B with employer A is really not cancellled and also there is no application pending with USCIS to cancel my H1B with employer A.Also can I use the experience gained at employer B for filing my PERM application from Employer A.
