My US history
2003-2005 f1 visa
2006-2009 first h1b
2010 jan f1 visa at university of texas at el paso
2010 f1 transferred to trivalley univ and due to closure sevis got terminated
i have my student visa stamped on my passport
till 2014
i got a h1b 221g on sept 30th 2011 at mumbai consulate and its been over 120 days
My questions
Will they come back with an answer of h1b 221g
if so when can i expect or even should i consider it as reject since its already 120 days
Can i reapply for h1b under the same petition at
singapore US consulate and what are my chances

Can i come back to US on the same student visa stamping under a different sevis(new I-20) ( i been out of US for more than 8 months)
