H1 Transfer while extension decision pending
My current H1B visa expired on 11/14/11 and extension was filed by my current employer on 11/2/11 and file number received on 11/4/11. File status is still "Initiation Review". My current project is ending this week, is it possible for me to apply for job with other employer? In other words, is it possible to "transfer my H1 visa to other employer or apply for new H1 by other employer", while decision is pending on my current extension petition.
