I got a 221(g) blue form at Mumbai(India) consulate (renewal case), which has asked for some more documents (primarily from employer). I have made available all those documents and I am almost ready to submit at VFS. I can understand that the processing time could be unpredictable. So I am thinking an another option for speedy processing. Can I re apply for H1B stamping by paying appointment fees and scheduling an another appointment. This would allow me to personally goto consulate and provide whatever the documents they request. Is this option valid in case of 221(g) and what would be the implications, if any, on the current processing. Also, one of the document requested is "Detailed professional profile, including explanation of specialized knowledge". Does this mean resume.
