Q.

L1 B stamping in Canada

I am in US now. My H1 B visa will expire on 03/17. My husband is in India. I am processing L1 Blanket stamping in Canada in Premium mode.

When I go for visa interview to Canada, should my husband come with me ? Can he go for his L2 stamping in India itself ?

Is there any requirement that both husband and wife should go for L1 blanket stamping ? Please advice me . Thanks a lot.
