I-140 and RFE
I am on H1 Visa India ,EB-2 . My Lawyer applied for i-140 without original labor(lost in mail).After one year i got an RFE and response is submitted .
1.Can i upgrade my i-140 case to premium processing ?
2.What can i do to get the i-140 receipt if lawyer doesnt have it and i need it to file for I-485 as the date is current now? What are the different ways to file i-485 if i-140 is pending and there is no i-140 receipt ?
3.Does USCIS send receipt for RFE response to a pending I-140 ?Can i file for i-485 with this receipt ?
