H1B extension Greencard Labor under audit
I am about to file H1B extension after 6th year under premium process,
My Green card Perm Labor application is under Audit.
If green card labor is rejected during 15 days period when my H1b extension is under process,
What will happen to my H1B extension?
In case my perm labor application is rejected and my H1b extension is rejected, Can I re-appeal for labor application and H1B extension, Please advise.
