Q.

Multiple H1 transfers

Approved I140, I485-pending and on 9th-year H1B from Company A. H1 transfer to Company B pending, already working for Company B.

1.If I file H1 transfer to Company C with current paystubs & Company B either ignores potential RFEs or informs CIS of no-interest in pending petition, will Company C transfer still go through?? or automatically denied without any RFE to prove being-in-status all along (Company A-->Company B-->Company C)??

2.If I use EAD first with Company C, is it possible to reinstate H1 status through Company C within a month? If possible, do I just supply current paystubs & EAD copy?

3.For scenario 2, if Company B H1-transfer already denied at time of H1 reinstatement request will Company C filing meet similar fate rightaway or chance of RFE to prove status??
