H1B Transfer
Hi,
I am working for a company 'X'on H1B and I presently have an offer from company 'Y'.
Company 'Y' has processed my H1b sucessfully and got approved as well, but my present company 'X' has negotiated with me and I think I should stick with company 'X'.
My Question is - since my h1b is transferred to new company 'Y', what does it require legally for me to continue working for company 'X', if there is any process or nothing involved can you please explain it in detail.
