Q.

H1B 221g to H4 to H1

I recently went for H1 stamping in India and got 221g. My Husband has a H1 and is currently in US
(1) Can I apply for H4 now and after going back apply for H1 with same employer and client.Would this cause a problem
(2) Should I withdraw my H1 application before applying for H4.
(3) Would the 221g on H1 effect my chances to get H4
Kindly suggest me on this
