unpaid leave on H1B
Hi,
I wanted to know if i can take an unpaid leave for a month if i am on an H1B visa without going out of status (I will be in USA itself during the leave). I was looking to take a leave from dec 23 to around jan 20 and i get paid monthly so i will be paid for 23 days in dec and about 10 days in jan which will be reflected on my dec and jan pay stubs.As in my pay stubs will reflect 23 days' salary for period of dec 1 to dec 31 and 10 days salary for period of jan 1 to jan 30
