I am working for Com A,H1 till May-2014. approved I140 in EB3(P Feb-2009).Got a job offer processed H1 Transfer in prem proc which was approved on Dec-14 with approval date till Dec-2014. Meanwhile, It was decided by Comp A that I would be moved to the Parent Comp Company B. Company A and Company B are two separate companies, with this I guess I was able to refile my green card back to EB2 Category in Company B. My CIO gave a very good offer and decidedto stay Now the company Attorney are filing two H1 Petition for me. [1] H1 Transfer to Comp A - In Premium Processing. [2] H1 Transfer to Comp B - Regular Processing. These are IN-HOUSE IT Comp. for manufacturing Q (1) Do you see any issues with this ? Any risk? (2) Should I request to get the second process also in the Premium Processing.
