After coming to USA, Employer A(presently working) applied for Visa H1 extension, after that (1 week) Employer B has applied for a H1B transfer, both are approved(1 month back) with 1 week difference. Now i have decided not to join Employer B.I am going to India on next month for visa stamping, with pay stubs and h1 extension approval petition of Employer A (without any document of Employer B) Can i safely return back to the US showing all my current documents related to Employer A as they are the ones processing my payrolls? Will there be an issue while returning back to the US since my H1B transfer has been approved for Employer B and i have not joined them? Can my h1 visa transfer to Employer C with the documents of Employer A
