H1 transfer
Last week, I got my H1 transfer approved from Company A to B. Currently, I am still with A until end of this month. This week, I got an offer to join company C. C happens to be the client for both companies A & B. If I accept the offer, I understand that C needs to initiate my H1 transfer from A to C, provided I don't join B. Is my understanding correct? Do you see any potential issue because of recent approval from A to B?
