H1B visa Transfer Process
Dear Lawyer,
I am working as a Research Technician at NYU school of medicine(Non-profit organization ). My H1B visa was filed under the cap exemption category (No quota).Decision is still pending. If anytime opportunity comes, I wanna go to industry sector (profit organization which has annul quota for H1B).
Which is the possible method to transfer my H1B visa from non-profit sector to industry sector while continuing to stay and work in USA ?
