Q.

H4 Stamping after an overstay

My wife overstayed in US for 114 days and now she is going to appear for visa stamping.Our lawyer never filed I539 earlier and when we came to know she left the country.
1. In DS160, should she mention that she overstayed or not. If yes what answer can we prepare.
2. What are the chances of approval if we mention the overstay.
