I went US on H4 and got H1 approved last year and I was working for a company at CA. Now i came India for vacation and went for H1B visa stamping. Unfortunately my visa approval is in pending as my LCA/H1 petition did not reflect client location as work location. My employer has amended my LCA with client location and my H1 got approved. At this stage.
1. Can i book a new appointment with new I797 for the same employer and go for H1B visa stamping or i have to withdraw my existing pending application and apply for a new one. How good the chances if i do this.
2. My husband's H1B expires on Jan '12, he has applied for his extension in normal process. With this can i apply for H4 just 40 days remaining and apply for my H4 extension after i reach US.
3. Can i apply COS after i reach US.
