I am an IT consultant with a E-V-C model.
My employer received an Intent to revoke my h1 from USCIS -

1. There was a site visit at the Client location mentioned in the LCA and they could not find me - I was at that location and will be able to get a letter from my manager and others to prove that. Also the phone assigned in the company directory was not working at the time,

2. Documents such as pay stubs, W2 etc are asked - which I can provide.

3. Employer-employee relationship and speciality occupation has to be proved

My questions are :
1. If my H1B is revoked after responding to these queries, will I be given some time (grace period) from which it will be revoked ?

2. shld I transfer h1 now before this h1b is revoked ?

3. wht are my options ? Is this common ?
