Can I apply for H4 if my H1b is in 221G green admin process?
Currently I am in India waiting on 221g green - admin processing on H1b visa since one month.
My wife is working in USA Can I apply for H4 visa on my wife's H1b petition and attend visa during my admin processing.
Do I need to withdraw my h1b application when I apply for H4,during interview is there anything to worry about my admin processing?
In case, If my H4 gets stamped and I am in India and in the mean time, If I also get clearance from 221g on H1 visa, Can I send my passport to get H1 stamped.
