Q.

H1B Transfer from Company A to B : travel outside the country.

Company A: Currently in my 7th year of h1B, perm filled in 5th year and rejected appealed, appeal pending. On basis of this I keep getting extension.

Company B has filled for my H1B transfer, have recvd receipt from USCIS today. The decision will most likely come by 7th December. I have to travel outside of US for 12 days from .Dec 3rd till Dec 15th Once I get my approval on Dec 7th, while outside of US If I resign from the position on 12th December and travel back to US on 15th, will there be an issue. Company B has mentioned the effective date as 5th Dec on the transfer application.
