Hi,
Iam Currently pursuing my 2nd masters at UNVA(Iam not under CPT program) and applied for H1B visa as i have an offer from Client A which will be starting from Nov 15th. And now i got an RFE from USCIS asking for evidence the relation between my vendor and Client

Now, the job offer that i have with Client A was on hold due to some budget issues. So, i will not be able to provide enough evidence to USCIS.

Can i answer this RFE if i have any other offer from Client B?
1. Is it possible to apply a new LCA on the same petition and provide all the required documents from Client B?
2. Or should we file a new petition(a new H1B) showing the offer from Client B?

Please advice as i need to answer my RFE by jan 4th.
