Q.

H1B out of status from A got RFE, got approved with B

I worked for Company A from India[2006 onwards] got H1B in 2008 and came to USA on Mar'2010. I Worked on internal project for first 4 months, then I was on bench for 2 months and after that I was working at client location till now. In 2010 out of 9 months I got paid only for 1 month on my W2. 'Company A' applied my H1B extension this year and got RFE, they were asking to show employee-employer relation ship [The beneficiary came in Mar,2010 & W2 was showing only one month salary].
I migrated to new employer 'Company B' got H1B approval for 3 years. Company B does not know all this information.
Do you want me to report DOL? If I report what are the conseqneces I have to face? If I don't then what are the problems I face in future? Can I go ahead and tell my situation to Company B or not?
