While my H1B renewal is going on (pending), i have gone to India and came back to USA on H4.
After coming back to USA on H4, within a week i got an approval for my pending H1B.
My Question here is, can i work on the approved/renewed H1B.

Below are the sequence of events happened in my case.

Sept 26th 2010 ==> Applied for H1B Renewal.
July 28th 2011 ==> Got an RFE on my H1B asking for client letter.
Sept 26th 2011 ==> Left to India.
Oct 13th 2011 ==> My Company/Attorney's sent response to the RFE to INS.
Oct 19th 2011 ==> Got my H4 stamped in India.
Nov 1st 2011 ==> Came back to USA on H4.
Nov 3rd 2011 ==> Got approval notification of H1B.

Can i work now on the approved H1B petetion. What status am i in now.
