Q.

7 year H1-b Extenstion Perm Application Audit2

My 6 years of H1-B expires on July01, 2012.
I do have 3 weeks of re-capture time that is not included in it.
My Green card Perm labor Application was filed on June 22,2011 and currently under Audit.
My question is
When Can I file for 7th year extension on H1-B Visa, Would it be safe for me to go out of USA to add some more re-capture time. Please advise?
