I resigned from employer A on 10/21/2011 after signing the offer with Employer B.Employer B will still take 15 days to file transfer.
I have paystubs till 10/21/2011.My leave balance & other expenses may be paid in 10/31 or 11/15 payperiod.
VISA & I-94 Exp date:10/24/2013
Kindly advice,
1.Am I 'Out of status' between 10/21 and Transfer file date?
2.Any issues in transfer approval becuase of the gap in prev job and transfer file?
3.Once transfer is complete, will my current I-94 be valid or I would need to go back India for re-stamping?
4.If Employer B goes for Normal processing (might take 2-3 mth),am I eligible to visit India in 12/2011 if the Transfer is pending?Would there be any issues at POA while re-entering US?Can I use old Petition/I-94 if is not revoked till then?
