H1B Transfer (I129) filed with wrong extension date

I'm working in Company A, before a month I got an offer from Company B now I'm transferring my visa(valid may'12)to Company B by premium processing still working with my parent Company A.I got RFE yesterday the problem is attorney filed my petition with incorrect extension date instead of March 2014 he wrongly filed for October 2014,now i don't have any evidence to reply for RFE because the information itself wrong so i don't know how long my attorney take time to solve this problem, and this petition for transferring my visa to B Company so does this affect my current Visa with parent Company A.
This problem have any solution? My visa will get transfer or NOT? When can i expect my approved H1B transfer, got receipt number by 24October, PP?if they decline it affect my current visa status?
