I-140 approved -sep 2010, laid off from work , H1B transfer
Hi,
My I-140 got approved - sep 2010 and I have H1 B extension until Feb 2014, got laid -off from a company 3 weeks ago ( oct 3rd, 2011), yet to find a job. Could you please advice what should I do to be in status and continue searching for a company to do H1 B transfer ?
Also, how long I can be "legally" looking for a job with out any immigration issues.
