Q.

applying for new h1 transfer while current h1 transfer is pendin

My h1 transfer was filed on 26th Sep in premium processing. I have joined the new company from 1st Oct.
I got a RFE on 6th Oct and my lawyer is preparing for response to RFE. I have got another offer in my hand.

1) Can i file for a h1 transfer in this case now?
2) What documents i will be needing for the h1 transfer.
3) I have paystubs from my earlier company till 30sep . Current employer pays teh salary for 1st Oct-15th Oct on 1st Nov.

Kindly advise the best route.
