H1B visa for entrepreneur

I am currently on H1B visa working for a well known management consulting company. My 6 years of H1B expired in September 2011 but I got a 3 year extension valid till 2014. My I-140 has been approved in EB3 category. I am pursuing an MBA from a well renowned university and will be graduating in Dec 2011. My nationality is Indian.

I want to leave my job and start my own company after graduation. Given my situation and education credentials my questions are:
1) Am I eligible for H1B visa for entrepreneurs under the new initiatives outlined by USCIS on Aug 2, 2011?
2) If I am eligible for H1B then will I also be eligible to file for I-140 under the EB2 category (after graduation)?
3) If I can file for green card under EB2 then can I retain the existing priority date of Oct 2010?
