H1B expiring in mar'12. My employer will initiate my gc processing as soon as he gets wages statement which will take one month. He said it may take atleast Jan to get labour approval and then he can apply for I140 and file for an h1b extension

For the extension, I may need Client letter which am not sure as I am a consultant and my client refused me to provide the client letter before. so what is my option? Also, I would like to know the options available for these.

I am getting offers for permanent positions but they are will only sponsor my visa if I had atleast 1 year left on my visa. Can I get H1 extension from employer B with my current employer's labor and I140?
can i go to india and get my stamping with empB offer letter and empA I-140?
