Q.

Approaching priority date

My wife and I have separate EB2 apps.Wife priority is Nov15th2007 and mine Apr 18 2008.Both of us have separate H1s also and live separately in CA due to work and LCA.Since her priority is first,we want to app through that.
1)Can she apply as primary and me as her spouse?(me being on H1 etc)
2)Checklist of docs needed for the 485 (including anything from home country)
3)When applying should we use her address since she is the primary applicant?
4)Her H1 extension is due Apr 2012.Is there anything we need to do with the 485/H1 extension transition. My H1ext was approved in June 2011 for 3years.
5)Anything else we can do now while we wait?
6)If her 485 is held up/has any issues can I app if priority moves toApr2008 with her as spouse?Or is mine cancelled now when we app?
