Q.

Do my wife need a new H4

Hi,
I had a H1 for 3 years but after I transferred to a new company I got a new H1 for just 1 Year.
Is it mandatory that I file a new H4 for my wife from the new company or the h4 that she has for 3 years based on my previous H1 should suffice.. How long will I have for filing my wife's H4 after I get a new H1
