Q.

H1-B transfer - Travel outside

My current employer filed for my H1-B extension in may and got a 3 year extension until May 2014. I got a job offer from another company now and they are preparing to apply for my H1-B transfer. Can I travel outside the country ? Is it ok if I go for visa stamping with my current employer ?
