Question:H1B extension and filing of GC.
First visa in 11/14/2006.Entered USA on5/20/2007 8/19/2007 Back to India.Second visit to USA 1st week of Jan 2008came back to India for 15 to 20 days in Nov.2008 Back to US.
Visited India Oct.1st 2009(stamping on 15th Oct 2009 validity of visa 6th April 2012) Back to USA on 24th Oct 2009.Return to India 15th Aug 2010.Back to USA April 17th 2011.Again visited India for Office work on 17th june2011 Back to USA on 26th Aug2011
Office will file papers for extension of VISA. they don't do GC.How do I go for it?
How do i calculate H-1B six year limit in this case.how much visa extension I'll receive.
