I've approved I140 with PD of 5/09. Details are:
1.Ist H1B from Oct'05-Sep'08 & came to US in 7/06.
2.Transfered H1B to co. A & was valid from Mar'08-Mar'11 and Co. 'A' applied for H1B extn in 2/11 & got "intent to deny" on 7/22/11. Co. A's attorney applied for a motion & it is still pending with USCIS.
3.Co. 'B' applied for a fresh H1B on 8/31/11 under prem processing & recd I797B approval today with "approved for the classification requested". However, the request for a change of status is denied.
Pl advice:
1.Do I have to go to New Delhi or can I appear at a consulate in Canada?(have Canadian PR).
2.What r chances of visa approval. Can local USCIS off give fresh I94
3.Can I leave US and still legally work from remote for a US company? Any other options?
