My OPT expired on 09/16/2011, can i apply for a H1
and on my I-94 i have F1D/S
I already running out of my grace time and i have left with 46 days,so if my H1 is in processing before the grace period ends can i legally work,and what are the chances of getting my H1 approved.
If once my H1 is approved will i be getting a new I-94 or do i need to go out of US immediately after my H1 gets approved.
or
Can i join for a 2nd Master in any other college and can i get CPT in 1st sem and can i continnue working on CPT(as it is related to my field)from 1st sem and can apply for H1 on CPT?
What if my Reinstate is denied if i change the college.
Will my old SEVID will get transefered or will a new SEVIS is assigned if a get into a new college for 2nd degree.
