Q.

H1b Transfer

I’ve transferred my h1b from company A to B. I have worked for B about 4 months. B doesn’t want to keep me anymore and going to cancel my h1b end of this month. My h1b with company A is still good. I’ve I-94’s for both A & B but A expires 2010 while B expires 2011.

Can I start working for A without a transfer? If B cancels my h1b, while I start working for A, will that be a problem?

If I can’t work for A, what do I need to do to get back with A?

Can I transfer to Company C. If B cancels my h1b while C is pending, will that be a problem?

If C needs to file a new h1b petition, will I be able to stay and start working? Will that be subject to visa cap?

Can I travel (go back home) and get visa stamp with company A’s h1b?

Thanks,
