I applied for my H1 Extension as my current H1 is expriring soon.
Apparently my wifes H4 extension is applied along with my H1 extension
Now i got RFE(Request for further evidence) on my H1 and my attorney will be sending the necessary documents in a month or so

Now a company is willing to sponsor my wifes H1.

can she apply for H1 when her H4 extension is in process? If she can, then can she withdraw her H4 once her H1 is approved?
Will it get complicated if she does this entire withdrawal process?Is it better to wait until her H4 is approved?

Please let me know your suggestions or any complications involved
