My I-140 was approved with company A in May 2008.

My 6 years of H1b will be over in December 2011. Last year I changed my job to Employer B based on I-140 approved from Employer A.
I got approval till Sep - 2013(7 - 9 year).

My current employer 'B' is not willing to file Green Card application.

In the meantime I got offer from Company C(3rd company).

Direct Client(Big company)

Question 1 : Will I be able to use my 140 from employer A and get atleast 1 year of extension.

I read the "One time Protection", I was wondering if I will able to use this again , so company C can file my Green card.
