I get RFE on I-140.Please explain the following:
1. Identify whether salary is set by contract or is regular and ongoing.
2. Identify what entity will pay beneficiary and include entity's tax identification number
3. Identify what entity by tax identification number will supervise, assign and control the work of beneficiary
4. Identify what entity by tax identification number owns the work equipment which which beneficaiary will use to perform duties set forth the labor certification.
5.identify the location and exact address of beneficary's intended employment.
6. Sumbit copies of any contracts under which benefiiary will be employed.
7. Include proof to demonstrate that petitioner has made bonafide job offer and that the petioner desires and intends to employ in offered position
