Q.

Getting H1b

I got my visitor visa B1/B2 changed to F1 this year Feb in Chicago. An employer is ready to sponsor me H1b visa since I already have an MBA from my home country. If I get a denial due to any reason. Will my F1 status still be valid? And Will I be able to work with the employer until I get my approval?
