Hi,
I have valid H1 petition till Dec 2011 with Company A. I Shifted from company A to Company B. Company B filed for H1 transfer through premium processing.I joined company B as soon as my H1 transfer was filed. After joining the company B , the H1 transfer went to RFE and status was updated as notice is sent. But Company B even after 25 days has not received the RFE notice . So they have now raised a service request on RFE which will take 30 more days to proceess.
So my question is
What if the RFE submission time is over by the time i receive the RFE notice again. Company B would provide evidence if the RFE is received.If the transfer is denied since evidence was not submitted on time(Due to RFE notice coming late). what are the options available to me.I cannot join back Company A.
