H-1B Stamping (first time) while PERM/I140/I485 Pending

I wanted to clarify a few things with you. Here is my current scenario:

Dec ’10 – Completed MBA from an US university
Feb ’11 – Started working on OPT on Project A
September ’11 – COS to H1 approved with the same employer, on Project A

Now, my employer is willing to file for my Green Card. If I go back for H-1B stamping (first time) to my home country, will my pending PERM/I-140/I-485 have any effect on my H1-B visa stamping? Even with the fact that I mention on the application that I have applied for Permanent Residency in the US?

I know a H-1B visa can be rejected for a thousand other reasons, but is the issue above an area of concern?
