Q.

H1 stamping with 1 month gap between jobs 2.5 yrs back

Details
1.Came to US 03/2008 started workin for emplyr A
2.Employer B filed H1 transfer on 01/07/2009.Started working for B this date.B's transfer denied on 04/24/2009 for employer related issues. B filed MTR on 05/27/2009. It was approved, H1+I-94 given for 1 yr. Did not work for B post denial
3. Found employer C. H1 transfer filed 05/28/2009. using A's approval, B's denial and paystubs. H1 approved with I-94.
4. Currently working as full time employee for D(well known Co.) with H1+I-94 approved till 01/02/2014.

My Qn?
Did not work(out of status)for ~1 month (04/24/2009 to 05/28/2009).Plan to visit India in 12/2011. Required to do stamping. DS-160 asks employment history. Shd i show the gap? Would gap hurt stamping chances? What explanation to provide consular,if asked?
