Q.

H1B - L1A COS denied. What are my options?

My current H1B is valid until Nov 2013. My H1B to L1A got denied last week (yet to get denial notice). Would like to know my options - can H1B - L1A be refiled/appealed and what are chances?

Would like to confirm that H1B - L1A denial doesn't effect my current H1B which is valid until Nov 2013. Please advise.
