Transfering of H4 Visa while in India
Hi Indu,
I am transfering my h1b to another company, but my wife is in India. Can i transfer her h4 while she is india? If it is not, is there any other way?
Another lawyer is suggesting that they can apply for my extension, and i can bring her back with my receipt(as we have visa stamped on our passport). But then she will be entering under old company name, which can create problems down the line.
Other option i have is to ask her to cancel her trip and come back.
Please advice.
