1 Year Cooling Period after L1 5 year of stay
Hi, I returned from USA in Feb 2011 after 5 years of stay (max) on L1. In Mar 2011 I travelled to USA on B1 for 3 weeks and in May 2011 I travelled on B1 for 4 weeks for a project knowledge transfer. I need to know that the 1 year cooling period after 5 years of L1 will end in Feb 2012, or in June 2012, or is based on duration of my B1 travel? Can I now apply for H1 and go for 6 years in Feb/Mar 2012?
